YAKOO YK650 999 Fiber Glass Filler

Yakoo 999 Fiberglass Filler is designed for bridging of holes and gaps, where a thick strong repair layer is needed. It is a two compound filler, formulated with premium polyester resin and tiny fiberglass. Features strong adhesive strength with applied substrates; easy to apply; and easy to sand.

To apply, clean the area to be repaired, mix 999 filler with hardener.  Applying within 5 minutes to the surface. Ready to sand in 20 minutes. 

• Substrate preparation: degrease, dry sanding P80-P120.
• Mixing: the filler should be mixed with the supplied hardener in 100:1.5-2.5 weight ratio. Mix well until uniform colour appears.
• Application: Apply the mixed putty on the prepared surface within 5 min (25°C).
• Sanding: allow 20-30 min (25°C) after applying.
